I was torn between these and the regular 3-strap eternity boot and went with the latter. Sometimes I wish that I had gotten the "two-fer" instead for the flexibility but I thought that they were just a bit over the top for me to wear at work (although the short bootie part alone would work fine and I could just remove the spats once I got there, I suppose!)
Just fyi, as I posted on another thread, Ped Shoes carries Fiorentini + Baker's Eternity Boot and quite a few other F+B styles (I personally own the Emma and the Elios, which I LOVE!!!). F+B's don't just look hot--the quality is to die for. They will last forever! Ped not only has the Eternity in black, brown, and sand, they also have it in RED (which I desperately want):
