I bought a pair of caged flat in red metallic during the sale for 50% off and I'm having 2nd thought as I find it hard to match clothes with this red pair. Anyone have any opinion or idea on how to rock a red shoes? I'm planning to return but also want to keep it in my wardrobe to have a pop of color as all my stuffs are black or neutral colors. Thanks

Red is very easy to match, esp with neutrals. It sounds like you are not a color person which is probably why youre having more difficulty. Blue or black skinny jeans or pair of dark brown or grey suit pants can balance out the statement shoe.
I love red shoes they are super easy to match! Goes great with neutrals like others have said above. You can pair the red shoes with any top in white, beige, camel, grey, or black with dark jeans. Or do an all-black outfit with the shoes as a pop of color. One of my fave outfit combos is a striped shirt (preferably white and navy/black), jeans and red flats.
