Pls help me identify Ashlee's skirt

Hey guys--
I love Ashlee's long black skirt. I know its a pretty basic skirt, but I feel like long skirts are uber hard to find, and i love how flowy, chic and casual it is.
Let me know if any of you guys can identify it...

My guess is Rachel Pally's long full skirt, available at Shopbop. It has the same fold over at the waist that Ashlee's has, and the "body" of the skirt has the same shape.

It's beautiful, I had it in the gray, but returned it since it was so long on me.
