Pls Help Me Decide -- Tacori E-Rings

For our anniversary, DH said I can upgrade my e-ring. I adore Tacori's style and I am trying to decide between these 2 rings.

I already have the center stone. It is a 1.20 carat princess cut (VS-2 Clarity, G Color).

Which ring do you like best?

1st one because the second one looks too busy. The little diamonds around the MAIN diamond actually makes the ring look less pretty and smaller as well

Thank you everyone for your feedback. It really helps. The first one is the one that caught my eye in the first place, so I think I should go for that one.
