Pls help authenticate this Celine Box Bag

Hi everyone,

Can I ask for help in checking if this box bag is authentic? The owner is claiming 100% authentic but I have doubts since:
- Date code is F-CE-2175, which means manufacturing date is 2015
- But the logo is NEW (without the accent) - i know all CELINE new logo items are 2018 onwards

Can you let me know what you think too? I've actually paid for it already but consignor (since I got from her, and it's the owner who consigned to her who claimed it was authentic) was nice enough to refund when I pointed out the date code discrepancy. but wanted also to check with you, in case there are other tell tale signs.

Hi and welcome to the Purse Forum. Unfortunately, there's no one authenticating Celine here at the moment. You're going to need to hire a paid authentication service. Google or use the search feature here on the forums to find the service that would be best for you.
