I have the full heart ring with the diamond, and I LOVE it. I love how abstract the full heart looks - the metal looks still molten and almost alive. So my vote of the two would be the full heart earrings.

I think they're both great choices. I have the small hoops and they're wonderful. I wear them a ton and love them. They look great no matter what I wear them with. The hearts are gorgeous too. You can't go wrong either way!

The full heart is gorgeous because of the abstract shape, but judging from your display picture, I think you suit the hoops more.
