They are talking about her short hair and how her hubby was the one suggesting she put wax in it, and ditch the wig. She used to have a wig because of chemo, and now she feels ok with showing herself with her short hair.

Hmm... I watched the whole video, but didn't see a shot of her pants other than a quick view of the pocket. I must say though, even if she has it because of unfortunately circumstances, that short hair looks super cute on her.

Speaking of Sylvie's hair, I think she looks amazing with the short do! She has an awesome bone structure and her eyes just pop! LOVE IT!
