Where it says Ciudad means City and Pas means Country.This petition is against Guillermo Vargas he is an artist.

This is against Guillermo Habacuc Vargas, a devil "artist" from Costa Rica, who left a dog die without food,the dog was also was tie on his neck with a rope. This man should not live together with us. I hope that someone can do anything as he did (to the dog) with him or anyone close to him.


"A Costa Rican 'artist' found himself in hot water with the animal protection people in his home country after using a starving, sick street dog as part of an exposition in Managua, Nicaragua, in August. Guillermo "Habacuc" Vargas allegedly found the dog tied up on a street corner in a poor Nicaragua barrio and brought it to the showing. He tied the dog, according to furious animal lovers, in a corner of the salon where it died."


Please fill the petition some people in the world can be so cruel and this is so sad :crybaby:

I want really to thank publicly kikyochewy; yesterday I tried to write a thread about this fact, but I made to many mistakes: I posted links in foreign languages and in a inappropriate forum... so the forum was closed, and I didn't know if I could re-write it, and where... in addition I didn't find links in english language...
But you made it possible...

I'm all for freedom of expression and the "if you don't like it then don't look at it" mentality, but when it affects an innocent animal . . . . that just pisses me off.

I signed it. I am glad to see all of the signatures on there, almost 250,000! This is an absolute devasting thing, and I hope this man is brought to justice for what he did. So sad.
