i just got helped out by Annette. apparently she is new but super friendly and helpful!
in honesty, from what i've heard about wall st, you can't go wrong with anyone there!
newbie to hermes here - i work on wall street and i've been contemplating my first birkin and stopping by the wall st store. would i be able to just walk into the wall street store and buy something on the shelf? or do i need to get to know an SA and buy smaller items first?
The first time I ever went to the Wall St store there was a birkin 35 on the shelf. Before I left the store, someone bought it. So, no, you don't NEED an SA. Of course, as everyone said, they are all so nice there, it won't take long for you to develop a relationship with one or more of the SAs.
I think that early morning is the best time to go.
I really like Heberthe.
