by the way now that I look at the picture closer it seems that there's an extra strap behind it...so it can be worn both as a hobo and a satchel.

I am giving this a bump, because I am curious to know who makes it too. It's very pretty. I swear I have seen it somewhere before, but for the life of me I can't think of where. The yoke below the handles, the dangly balls, and the extra strap seem familiar somehow.
^ I tried google-ing that designer and looked through many different sites and couldn't come up with anything that resembled it.

^^^ I noticed the Loeffler bags for Target had those spherical balls too when I was at Target yesterday and I thought about this bag. So this morning, I search all over for pics of LR bags, but none of them looked like this one. It's was a good guess though.
