Late to the conversation, but I've got a tan paddy from LVR sitting next to me so besides all mentioned above, here are a few more reasons.
1. The TAN isn't even the right color, although could be lighting - besides leather being plastic-shiny.
2. The stitching looks too light and shiny - like nylon?
3. The rivetheads on the back of the lock plate are set inside the edge too far - anyone else's look like that??
4. The studs are all too bling-y
5. The leather pieces under the studs are too clean cut
6. THE EDGING SHOULD NOT BE TAN!! It is almost taupe in color!!!

I could go on. Good luck with getting all your money back.

OMG... I hate to see another person go through this!!! I'm going through a similar dispute right now and from my experience (and all the members' extertise & opinions from this forum), the fact that Chloe is not big on keeping small details consistant throughout their bags, it makes it really hard to differentiate -- esp. with AAA fakes. The only thing that I'd see at a glance from your bag is the serial tag since I've never seen one using that kinda of material, but again I'm not sure.

I hope you get this resolved!!! And I think the seller should def. refund you all your money. If you can't come to an agreement with the seller, I'd say open a dispute with eBay and paypal. Good luck!!!

You're right, mine does NOT look like that either...the rivets are much closer to the corners...I hope the seller will give a full refund!

This bag may be a fake but call it a fake for the right reasons -

My 2006 mousse from Chloe SCP does have made in Italy stamped under the Chloe, and I challenge any of you to call up Chloe and tell them they are selling fakes.

Go grab your paddys ladies and then look at the pictures: True the leather does not look right, and the price is way too low to be real; but, real 2006 Paddington's do have Made in Italy stamped on the inside; and if you want to tell me my Chloe is fake then you can pay Citibank the $1540 the bag cost me.

Thank you Loganz, I also own a very authentic paddy that has Chloe made in Italy stamped on the inside. Its so frustrating when people make false statements/or uneducated guesses regaurding authentic items!

take it to a chloe shop, explain what happend, ask them to check the bag, if it's not real maybe they can give you some proof it's fake, and you can send the proof to the seller, and she will have to return your money.
