I see. Swelling is essentially a tissue reaction to sutures, trauma, etc, so I wouldn't worry too much unless the area starts to get infected (really red, raw, pus or discharge coming out). Sometimes if you see edema, you could hot compress it with a warm towel, but that will probably bother the cat more. It's been a long journey to healing, but this is helping your cat in the long term. Good job for taking good care of her!!!

I hope kitty is doing well, and the swelling has gone down.

No worries with "Tommys got no ears", he's really fine :tup:

Aw, Thanks Kathleen!!
My cat just got her stitches out about two hours ago, and she is as good as new!! No more medicines, or e-collar, or vet appointments. Thanks everyone for your help!
