Please help, UPS lost my Chanel bag

Unfortunately, if & when UPS looses a package that is not insured they seem

to be very dismissive... and one has to wonder why??

If they have people at a shipping desk that don't explain things fully & properly

where does that fine line cross??

The OP was very trusting and perhaps the communication was not as good or clear

as it should have been... a person left a package was assured the package would

arrive the next day & it is nowhere to be found..

Something is very wrong here in addition to which UPS is just turning their

head & not forthcoming with any additional help or any answers..

Also, wonder why the owner/manager of this particular store isn't curious

enough to review the security tape & see exactly what took place???

We don't know that he hasn't but the OP says he wasn't cooperative at all
 
OP, do you know someone who speaks good English? I suggest taking someone with you to the store to speak with the manager. As I stated previously UPS is the worst, even if you insure for the full value they will give you a hard time if it's lost. The only thing that you can do now is keep contacting them to look for the package and maybe one day it will show up. My package was lost for months and they found it at the sorting facility 4 months after losing it.
