Please help to ID this bag?

Hi Everyone

I've been reading the forum as a guest for a while but only just got around to registering :shame:

But I was hoping you all could help me to ID a bag. It was carried by Erika Heynatz on the episode of Australia's Next Top Model that aired in Aust last night.

Does anyone recognise it? It is driving me crazy! Such a gorgeous bag.
