Please help Perfect bag ONE doubt

I found this perfect 2.55 navy blue ghw from a reputable reseller,one thing has me baffeld. this 2.55 has a mini chain inside it hangs from one side. nothing else wrong and they give me an entrupy thing.......

my question is,has anyone seen or know of the 2.55 with a small interior chain on it ??

that's just what the reseller said ta friend told me you can also hang other items from it but............ i keep wondering LOL

Honestly I would have it authenticated on your own and not rely on the seller's authentication.
