Is there anyone who can DM me a contact from the Beverly Hills store?

I purchased an item in August of last year. And every attempt I’ve made to call Cartier Beverly Hills (October, November, December, January) has been met with “we are just the call center and will relay your message, and you will get a call back”. And yet no one has called me back.

The SA to email me that the item is in (in September) has a non working email anymore.

And my cc company is telling me that because it’s been so long, they cannot do a charge back even though I haven’t gotten the item.

A little history would have been great! This post is kind of useless since you are only making it a concern after the fact past 8 months!
I would think your cc would even have a valid reason to give you a refund since you still posses the item!
If it was me this post would have been posted less than a week and i would have called Cartier customer service! Not calling BH store with no return call.

Agreed. While very unfortunate and frustrating, it has been a very long time. The most I give is 10 business days. (And then all hell breaks loose, I have little patience when it comes to these things.)

1) Is this purchase: online? placed in-store? placed by phone?
2) Proof or confirmation of purchase: any physical or digital receipts? e-mails of correspondence?
3) As for your bank/credit card company, unfortunately you are way past the 60 day dispute period for credit cards. But it's still worth a shot to send a dispute letter with any source documentation. (or I guess its better than nothing).

You don't have to respond to this post if you don't want to. I understand that this is the internet and finances are a sensitive topic to many. Just something to think about.
 
Wow what the heck! What did you buy? I can't tell if this is an in person purchase or online...if it's in person then I would go back to the store with receipt demanding an immediate response... If it's online then they should have records of the purchase and shipment...

8 months! I wouldn't have waited that long unless I was told that's the expected wait time for a special order

I agree with this. If I don't get a satisfactory response, I march in to the store. At times that's required a 2 hour drive but you do what you have to do to get some action.
