Please help me with my brand new bag-Galliera (see pics)

I just bought this bag and used it for the very first time lastnight.

Look at the black marks everywhere! What should I do?

My date code is S00160, btw.

Use a CLEAN pencil eraser.

Use a clean white pencil eraser (not the pink ones found on actual pencils).

BTW, why two threads on the same topic?!?!?

Oh no! This just proves that they did NOT fix the problem! The white eraser will only work so long before it starts "eating" the leather. Darn LV! Cant they figure out a way to stop this from happening!

I havent even used my second mono galliera and it already has the marks!!
