By themselves, I like the frivole earrings best, but they don't speak to the necklace at all, so since you are looking for something to coordinate with the necklace, I have to recommend the alhambra, which has the beaded edge to match the necklace. Whether you get the white or turquoise, I think depends on how and where you intend to wear them.
If you will wear them at work and want the focus to be on your face, then the matching turquoise alhambra will be most effective for that. Having a matching necklace and earring set in a strong color like turquoise, creates a visual triangle that keeps the eye focused on the face. A matching set is also usually considered more formal than casual.
However, if you are wearing this casually and/or want the focus to be on the whole outfit, then I would choose the white alhambra earrings. They coordinate with the necklace without being too matchy-matchy. The visual triangle that I mention above can be a bad thing if you want the eye to take in the outfit as a whole, rather than stay caught on the face. It can create the sensation that the head is separated from the rest of the outfit. When the colors don't match, they don't keep referencing each other, so your eye, rather than getting caught in that color loop, is allowed to drop down and can focus on the overall outfit as a whole.
The mother of pearl earrings will match almost anything, with or without the necklace. White is usually more versatile than turquoise for most wardrobes.
For the specific top you are wearing in the photo above, I would absolutely choose the white alhambra earrings. They would give a casual yet coordinated look that would match the casual style of the shirt. Matching earrings and necklace would look too formal for that top (to my eyes). It wouldn't really look right and would really chop the head from the outfit, especially given the shape of the neckline.
