Please help me pick my first Marmont piece! :)

Hello to all! I'm having such a tough time deciding between these two styles.

1) Gucci Marmont Super Mini Bag
2) Gucci Marmont Mini Camera Bag

I'm interested in a small crossbody to just carry my phone, card holder, keys and lipstick lol. I love both of these in either black or red! I tried on the super mini in store and they only had white available however the Camera mini's were not available on display to even try on :sad: The only option for me is to order online.

Here a few pics of both, the Gucci Super mini is smaller than the mini camera bag (sorry for the confusing photos lol) Which one do you all like more? Thanks in advance!

Me tooo. I got the black super mini too but also want it in mini size instead. But now I already have the black and the pink one in mini.. I just want them all. :panic:

OP, I'd say if you aren't planning to get another size in the marmont, get the black. :p

Since you like the super mini, you may also want to consider the new 2.0 crossbody. It's very similar to the super mini but better as it's a bit bigger and the leather sturdier so you don't have to worry about the sagging issues and the side gaps at the top.

I have it in the black insect stud version and just love it...best of both worlds for me as I wanted the aspects of both bags....versatility, belt bag option, fits my Samsung note 8 and then some and the stud placement and proportion is just perfect.

Wow! Thank you for sharing this, i've never seen this before and it's beautiful! Especially over the fact it's a little bigger and at a good price point!! Is the chain strap length long enough to wear crossbody?

Yeah, the strap is 23.5....same as the super mini. It's $40 more than the super mini in the version without studs.

Hi highend! May I please ask you— what is the length of chain when used as a belt bag? I tried asking Gucci online , and they wouldn’t answer me because they said it wasn’t meant to be worn like this. [emoji53]

Yeah, my SA wasn't familiar with that option either for the bag and actually thanked me when I showed her (it's a selling point....one of the bigger ones for me).

Basically you have to pull the chain strap to the opposite side of the key fob (leaving that hanging out as well), then wrap the doubled chain around your waist and hook it onto the fob (very easy actually). I measure that there's 21 inches of chain left on the outside of the bag and 2 inches of the key fob left on the outside ...not sure if that's the proper way to measure it.
