Michael Kors Please help me pick a new MK tote!!!!

Does anyone own either the MK Jet Set Top-Zip Saffiano Tote or MK Jet Set Zip-Top Tote?? I'm trying to decide between these two totes:

Looks like they are very similar except one is made with the Saffiano leather, and the other is the pebbled leather. And the Saffiano also has the "MICHAEL KORS" logo. Honestly, I'm not a big fan of the "MICHAEL KORS", I'd rather just have the MK charm. Plus the Saffiano comes in some gorgeous colors. But I am wondering if the Saffiano leather holds up better than the regular leather... does anyone have any experience with the Saffiano leather? Pros/Cons of each bag would be much appreciated, THANKS :smile1::smile1::smile1::smile1:

I am most likely purchasing the Saffiano tote this weekend. In my opinion, I don't find to small where it looks like a lunch bag considering I am only 5'1 Bags such as the Hamilton and MacBook Travel tote tend to overwhelm me! Good luck!

I have the Saffiano Jet Set Zip in pearl gray. Perfect medium size and the saffiano is extremely durable and low maintenance. The outside pockets are pretty useless b/c the leather is quite stiff, making it hard to reach in and grab. Also, the straps on the saffiano, stick up and it's a bit of a pain accessing the main zippered opening. I still love mine though.

I have the MK Jet Set Zip Top Tote in Vanilla, and use it almost every day of the week. It fits all items with room to spare, and yummy vanilla leather is oh so soft and supple! I say go for this bag instead! :)

Hmm. It's a white bag that usually means high maintenance, so go with the leather that will hold up better over time. I vote for the Vanilla Saffiano. It will also keep it's shape longer. Later get a different bag in the softer leather in a different color. Just my opinion.

I have both and they hold up well. My issue with the safiano is the uselessness of the outside pouches. I do love safiano as a work tote because it withstands anything.
