Does anyone have a good way to store necklaces? I have a jewelry drawer with a velvet lining, and it works great for everything else. But the necklaces get tangled. I'd love to use a tree, but I have a teenager who helps herself, so the jewelry has to be out of sight. I have looked online for some kind of jewelry roll, but everything I have found is mainly used for travel, so it only stores a couple necklaces.

i have a jewellery box that has side swinging doors with hooks, so when you open the top of the jewellery box you can then open the sides as well where each side has 6 hooks for necklaces. you wouldnt even know the drawers were there unless told!

Just be careful about hanging some necklaces. Pearls, of course, and many beaded necklaces should not hang, as it can stretch the silk they are strung on. But the bulletin board on the inside of a door ought to work well for the others. Additionally, there are jewelry boxes with drawers divided into long sections that are perfect for necklaces. Each necklace gets its own section, and a person can put 4 or 5 per drawer.

That is basically what I've been looking for online. Since I have a drawer in my vanity area for other jewely, I don't need a big jewelry box that is meant for all different types of jewelry. Just necklaces. And if it's going to be put away out of sight, I don't really need for it to look fancy.

Not sure how big your necklaces are but find a nice ice cube like tray and each "hole" can be a place for 1 necklace? This way you can just put it in your drawer and wont have to hang them in plain sight?
