I just received this little darling today.....she is adorable!

Alas, the cards and tags are missing and I know very little about her. Can anyone tell me what season she is from at all? Can you tell that from the hologram number (10375818)? Any idea what retail would have been on these? And any other info that might be helpful - like how to care for tweed etc...
