YES! That is it!!! Thank you. Any ideas? I love it and have been searching for it and have no clue. It is not a typical "quilted" style. It is more "pebble" like!

I remember a while back Fendi had a Bubble bag. It was the coolest pebbled look on leather. Here is a link to one style:
