Please help me find this eternity ring

I am trying to find the gorgeous, hexagon-shaped eternity ring shown at the bottom of this stack: http://www.pricescope.com/forum/post2881170.html#p2881170. Does anyone know where it's from or where I might find something similar? The workmanship appears to be really beautiful.
