Have you try calling the 800 Chanel no? If you have a style no they will normally have a local representative call you to advise you they have the purse available and you can do a charge send

thanks mskitty i did not thought of that very good advice i will be calling chanel today :smile:. and thanks to bagtasia, i've seen that bag but the gold color is too much for my mom she wanted something more low key but with a little edge, she's a complicated women :smile:.
