Please help me find: These Nicholas Kirkwood Boots!

I was SO CLOSE to snagging these this morning! I just found them listed on evilbay today (to my utter joy!), and when I went to purchase and the listing had ended (with no buyer). When I contacted the seller, she said she had a customer put a deposit on them, and it gutted me.

Has anyone seen these anywhere? I would be so grateful for any help! (I've checked all the usual suspects, I think.)
