Mini Swing or Disco? Does anyone have either or both? I was set on Disco because i love the styling. Plus I like smaller bags but

The mini swing seems slightly bigger and can probably hold more.

Can my purse forum ladies please help me decide which one? I can't afford both since I already bought a bag from the sale. HELP!!!

I don't think you can go wrong either way. They are both great bags. The mini swing does have the short handles so you can wear it on the arm or on the shoulder (with the long strap) and the capacity is bigger. I just bought the mini swing so I was trying my stuff in the bag to check the capacity. I can fit 3 bulky items (sunglasses case, wallet, agenda which I use as a card holder) and 1 small item (zip pouch) in the mini swing and only 2 bulky items (sunglasses case and wallet or wallet and agenda) and one small (zip pouch) the disco. I am sure my phone can fit too but was using it to take the pictures. I can only post one pic at a time so here is the mini swing with what I can fit in it.

Here are the items in the bag. I have to lay the sunglasses case on its side versus standing up to make the items fit.

I have the Swing Mini and love it! It's perfectly sized and can hold all of my essentials: keys, wallet, card holder, lipgloss/stick and sometimes sunglasses (weather permitting).

I usually wear it on my shoulder with the long strap, however I could wear it cross-body if I wanted to as the strap is adjustable.. it also looks cute on the crook of my arm using the little top handles :).

My Swing Mini is light pink and goes with a lot of my wardrobe, I'll attach some recent pics below;

I do like the Disco too and plan to add one to my collection this year.. is there a particular colour you liked? If so, you could use that as tour basis for deciding which one to get :).

I don't have the mini swing

My 'problem' with all mini bags is that seems to be a fashion trend. Unless you are truly petite I would worry that I would be 'stuck' with a mini bag even when the trend is over. Whereas the Disco is a regular small cross-body bag, not a miniature of anything (and larger than you think)

That's a good point PT. I'm very petite so mini bags are more like small bags on me. I was actually debating between this and the small swing which I think would have been a good size for me but I liked the zip top on the mini so went for it instead. Here is a pic I am a little under 5'. I couldn't bring myself to crop my pup out of the pic. :p

I agree. I love small bags I would stick with a small crossbody like the disco over a mini. :-)

Thank u! Ur info and photos r great! Both bags r so cute. I m a little under 5 foot 4 inches but small bones and very thin. Smaller sized bags tend to look better on me

I love this color! Was wondering if it's like rose beige or pinker. I wanted rose beige disco. Just got black soho chain shoulder in sale. It's supposedly a small bag but for me it's plenty of room and perfect size

Really good point. I went to a work seminar and woman had on black classic pantsuit with a red disco. It looked so good. Classic styling yet chic.
