Please help me choose!

Opinions please. I was on the wait list for the velvet marmont which I got yesterday. But then I saw a special edition black Dionysus. My heart is on the black but the price is hard to swallow.! £2760!
I am returning the velvet to get a credit note as this indecision means it's not right for me but that black...! I know
I am rambling but will appreciate opinions. Thanks!

Velvet is in right now. It will go back out. I think they are both trendy bags but the Dionysus is prettier.

While I really like the Dionysus, that one is not my favorite. I would prefer something more understated, but this is just me and that may be the perfect bag for you. I prefer the Marmont but would purchase the leather version. (I like the velvet but I think it limits the longevity of the bag).

I am love with that black floral Dionysis but it is pretty expensive...maybe they will make a mini version.

Thank you PT . You've such a great eye for detail and appreciating the subtleties. The satin lining is indeed fabulous; it feels 'secret ' and special to the owner. Gucci know what they're doing!

The jumper below, which I've adored since first seeing it, may have come home with me, too. The rest of the year has to be 'dry'.
