Please help me choose between a seasonal and maxi flap! I need to make a decision ASAP

Hello all, My local consignment store has the following Chanel bags available and i need to make a decision quickly. It's between the black seasonal bag and the red maxi double flap. I am selling a seasonal flap to get one of these two bags. They are both in great condition.

Can anyone ID the black bag or tell me more about it? It's a seasonal bag and that is all I know. It's a nice size, and definitely a shoulder bag. It cannot be crossbody.

The Red maxi! That is such a gorgeous red and personally I feel that a classic flap is always a better choice.

Red Maxi hands down! Looks like a great shade of red and in great condition.

I'm not sure of the official name of the black bag, but with the large CC'S I'm guessing it's part of the 'Timeless Classic' line. I don't love the look of large CC'S on Chanel bags, and I'm not a fan of Chanel bags with chain straps which are not adjustable. Just my own opinion. .

Ps. Is that a Birkin I spy on a shelf in the distance? ??
