I just can't decide which crossbody bag should I purchase. I want white casual'ish bag for everyday use in spring/summer. Here's my candidates right now:

Coach Rogue Satchel (on sale at $397.50) - I'm always impressed by Coach's 1941 leather/craftsmanship quality and it's on sale right now. The only thing about Coach is the resale value, but I might keep this bag for a long though.

LV Speedy B 30 ($1390) - It would be my very first LV. Is it worth the investment? I have to admit that I didn't even think about spending this kind of money on a canvas bag before, but it seems to be a good investment. Also, since it's a canvas bag, it's lighter and seems to be pretty easy to take care of.

Any other recommendation? :)

The coach is very pretty, but the Speedy is classic! I have a speedy B 30 in mono, but the B 25 azur would be so adorable as a crossbody. Very summery, carefree, timeless, and classy. You can wear it 10, 20, 30 years from now. If the patina darkens too much over several years, you can have LV replace the vachetta. I personally love a golden patina, but not sure if it would bug you.

Canvas is very light and durable. Leather can look worn over time much sooner than canvas will, so I don't think the "that much money for canvas???" argument holds much water.

Here what just happened! I ordered the Coach bag because of the sale price and the look :) Then I decided the next bag I will purchase is going to be a Speedy - not sure what color yet. I agree that LV is definitely a timeless piece and since I don't have one yet, I should add it to my purse collection :) Thanks everyone!

I just bought a speedy azur 2007 and the picture looked really white, when i received it was more on the cream side. Is that normal? ugh
