What about sending it out to LMB or Margarets for a bit of color restoration? If the leather is really good, it's worth restoring the oldies, IMO.

Because, personally, I'd prefer it the way it is than a uniform, darker brown?

I solemnly promise never to rouch the bag ever again with conditioner! Actually it's looking pretty good - i would love a 'Bal' person to see it - they would probably say it was gorgeous - it's just different from anything I've ever owned! The leather is so so much thicker than my other Day - anyway I'm listing for a week (with ALL relevant pictures and info) and if i don't get any interest I willl keep it!

I think it looks gorgeous mere girl... that slouchiness is what make Bals beautiful IMO!
