Please Help Me Authenticate This!

I'm new to Chanel. I found this bag on Etsy and she says it is vintage and authentic, but I don't know enough about this history of the brand to know if it is real or not! Please help me!
This is her description of the bag, "Navy Blue (almost black) Chanel bag. Very nice in vintage condition. There are some signs of wear, nothing major. It can really go as a black bag, with all of the outfits you would use your black bag for. Very roomy and timeless.
I have an original dust bag for the bag, but no card and no hologram sticker. This bag is pretty old for that.

I have that same bag, with a different chain. It's a camera bag. Lamb leather. i LOVE it!

The stitching doesn't match up. and the zippers are off. If I were to see it out I would think it was fake. But, I'm not an expert.
