Please help if you have a LV Hina MM!

Does anyone know what the use is for the snap hook in the detachable key bell that comes on a Hina MM? The bag comes with a pouch like a Neverfull but it has a strap with a hook for that and a place inside the bag to connect it. Even if you snapped a key (or anything really) to the extra exterior snap hook it would dangle outside of the key bell and would look strange IMO. And I am not referring to the snap hook on the side that is used to cinch in the sides of the bag into a different shape. 3 SAs at the store didn’t know what it was for either. Anyone know what this is for?

I guess maybe it's just a decoration for the sake of beautification, but of course I look forward to knowing the real reason.

I do, too! But, so far, nobody knows. A friend of mine did some research, and found some LV made key bells used as key holders, so we are thinking maybe it’s for keys, even though I, personally, think that’s awkward. So, maybe it is for decoration, which I like, and they just tried to make it useful in some way. I guess if you put it inside the bag, it might make more sense for keys. I like key bells much better than luggage tags as bag decor, so I’m glad they made that choice. Not a fan of luggage tags.
