  1. Hello all! I was wondering if any of you ladies (or gentlemen) could please help identify this scarf which is used as a background for a chaine d'ancre ebay listing.

The scarf appears to be a winter scene with the goddess Diana, a hunting dog, and possibly a stag. From what I can tell in the pictures, the pose seems to be very similar to a famous statue of her by Goujon, from a fountain at Chateau d'Anet. Here is a link to an image of the sculpture.

Any help in identifying this scarf would be greatly appreciated!

  2. The seller also has the scarf for sale and it is apparently called L'Hiver.

  3. Wow thanks!
...I totally missed that when I had looked through the sellers items before...:P

  4. Yes, it is L'hiver - a very classic LeDoux design.
