Please help identify colour of vintage Ostrich Kelly

First reveal for me on the Hermes forum I just bought this vintage 28cm kelly from a reseller. The date stamp is C in a circle (1989). It looks brown with a rich red undertone. Is this Rouge H Ostrich?
