Please help ID Haylie Duff's bag!

The shape reminds me of LV's Trouville bag, except the handles are roomier and can be carried up to elbow. Any ideas?

Wow! I would never have guessed LV in a million years. How sad, that bag is impossible to find! Oh well, I can still dream about it tho.

Ahhh ... Mizi Vienna! THE best LV bag ever, IMO! You can still find them on eBay (they would run between 2.5 and 3K). Worth every penny!
