Please help: Holly Valance's bag at Topshop's Kate Moss launch

Holly Valance wore this bag at the launch of Topshop's Kate Moss collection the other night.

The logo plate makes it look like Marc by Marc Jacobs - can anyone please confirm?

It looks like it's from that crazy D&G Miss Charles sequin collection! But, her bag looks like a clutch and not an evening bag. The plate is also placed higher than on the other D&G bags. Sure looks like it's from the same collection, though!

Yes it does look like a D&G piece (spring 2009 collection i believe) the actual bag was sold at Luisviaroma as i recall, looks like Holly just tucked the chain inside so she could carry it as a clutch, here is the black version of it:
