Please help! Hakata Hankyu limited edition dog charm still available?

Hi all,

I just came across this picture and my jaw dropped as I had no idea this cutie was out there :nuts:.
I think it is from the Hakata Hankyu store but I am not 100% sure.
I was hoping if some PFers could tell me a bit more about it and if it's still available or not. And if you know the price that would be great as well.
And if someone would have an email of a SA at that store (if it's still available), I would appreciate if you could share it with me. If you feel uncomfortable to share it in public, you can also send me an email ;).

I just found the website from them (department store) but I can't read the language so I can't see if they have an email adress or not. Even with the English version there's still a lot written in the other language so that I can't find their email. So hoping someone here has their email (or email of a specific SA) as I would love to adopt one of these cuties :smile1:.

I don't have the email, but I think the store was open back in March 2011, so I doubt they'd have any left by now.

But I think it is best if you just call the department store and ask their English speaking SA of the department store to ask Hermes for you.

Oh no, I had no idea it was already out in March! Fingers crossed that they might have one left. First I missed the Quelle Idole charm and now this...*sigh*.
But, I wonder if this charm was only available at the department store? I am asking because the Quelle Idole charm was also available in two stores so who knows. I hope someone has some more info about this.

As for calling, I prefer email though as my English isn't that great so I would really appreciate if someone could give me an email adress or if someone could tell me IF these cuties are still available. And if they only have them at the department store or also at another store :D.

Thank you and I'm aware of the rules, mistikat.
I am not asking here that someone buys it for me but it would be great if someone could tell me if
1) These charms are still available and if yes if someone could share an email adress of a SA at that store with me so that I can send this SA an email.
2) Someone could tell me if these charms are also available at another store or just for the HH department store only. For example, Quelle Idole charm was also available at two stores so who knows, maybe this one is available at other stores as well.

That's all, and again, I know there's no buying and selling allowed here ;).

hi **Chanel** i am not japanese but i am familiar with japan and hankyu is the name of a dept store in japan and i am guessing this charm is limited to the hankyu dept store in hakata, fukuoka only.

why don't you give the dept store a call and see what they say? the link above has the phone number. i know one thing, the japanese are extremely service oriented and very helpful so get them to find someone who can speak either english or your language and see what happens. as a last resort, call Hermes Ginza Tokyo (their flagship store) which i am sure will have staff who speaks english (or german?) who may be able to help you speak to the hakata hankyu hermes staff on your behalf or give you a direct number to H Hakata Hankyu!! worth a try if you are really keen..good luck!!

Yes, I found out their website and phone number but I would prefer email as I feel more comfortable with that. My English isn't perfect and with email, I can take my time to write it. Therefor I hope someone has an email adress, that would be great ;).
If I can't get an email adress, I will try to call, hoping it works out.

Update:
I found an email adress and I've sent them an email but no reply yet unfortunately.
In the meantime, another sweet PFer said she called the store and that there were none available anymore. That means I am still on the hunt for this charm :ninja:.

So now my question is, does anyone know if H. is going to release this charm for another store as well just like they did with the Quelle Idole charm?
Anyone knows if this charm might be available in Paris soon? Any information is welcome, thank you so much :D!

And it doesn't help that I have a dog myself that is also white/black. So this cute charm is really a must have for me :graucho:.
