Please help find my sister a great bag under $150

Tignanello is a brand I see constantly for sale at Marshalls/TJMaxx. They've got nice colors and styles.

I am also going to second Hayden-Harnett, although I think most of their bags are >$150.

Ann Taylor has a great selection of classic, inexpensive styles to choose from. I also love Liz Claiborne bags and Marshalls usually carries tons of her stuff. They wear well and are well within the price range you are looking for.

Check out linea pelle bags, which are made with softest leather you can image. Both their website and overstock, bluefly are having big discount on those bags, with some extra 10% -20% code, you can get a very nice tote around $150-$200.

If you are paying full price, try The Sak. They have become much more stylish this season and have lots of great styles, almost all in price range: http://www.thesak.comd

I would steer clear of an all patent bag because it's cute but maybe the trend wont last through the next few seasons. Also, it's kind of loud for an everyday work bag.

Anyways, I'm 21, and a senior in college, so I'm close in age to her. I would love to carry any of these bags. I think a good size hobo in luxurious leather in black, brown or red is the most useful. Here are my recommendations:
