Please help: Exchange Policy at Le Bon Marche

Hi everyone,

I hope someone can help me. I bought a mini Tweed bag from the Chanel Store at Le Bon Marche 2 days ago. However, I just noticed that there is a small crack in the leather strap (pictuce attached). Does anyone know if I can exchange the bag? And if yes, do I have to bring it back to the store at Le Bon Marche or any store in Paris will do (my hotel is very close to Rue Cambon)?
Also, if they do not have another bag for me to exchange, can I get a refund instead?
I will be in Paris for another 2 days. I really hope someone can help answer my question
