Hi,
I recently purchased Blue Encre Constance 24 evercolor with light gold hardware in Paris, but now I am not sure if I am so fond of this color because of its purple undertone. I found reputable online reseller that is willing to exchange this bag for black epsom with gold hardware..... I would appreciate your thoughts

We are bag twins on the blue encre C24, which I really like (I find it pairs well with denim). Personally I like Evercolour over Epsom also, so would be a no go for me as well.

I probably wouldn't exchange it with a reseller since there's a risk involved. But if you don't like the colour and don't see yourself using it, perhaps consider selling it yourself or talk to your SA about exchanging for another one or store credit if it's still within your returns/exchange policy period

Thank you for your input but there is no risk involved as I know the owner p

If the seller is reputable and you know you won't use the bag, I would exchange for something you will use. The other option is to sell the bag and just wait until you get an opportunity with your home store. Good Luck!
