Hi everyone, I would like to ask for some help here. I have purchased a Gucci bag from ebay and the seller have stated that the bag is authentic. But after I received it, I have suspected that the bag is actually a fake one and I believe the seller was false advertising that this bag to be an authentic one. First of
all, there is no authentic bag have such a huge GG logo. The size of it is
1.5 of the normal and authentic ones. Second, the inside lining have all G
around it. There is no authentic Gucci bags that have that G lining ever,
only the fake ones have that. Third, the outside zipper of the bag does not
have Gucci engrave on it. The bag did not come with authentic card nor the dust bag. I would need someone to confirm the whether the bag is authentic or not. If is is fake, does anyone knows how do I suppose to get my money back because the seller refuse to refund and didn't admit that it is a fake bag. Thanks for your time.
