I recently made my first transaction outside of the US. and it was such a pleasant experience. I had searched high and low for a pair of the Pigalle Follies in the tiger stripped glitter in a size 41 and had no luck
One of my shoe fairies told me about Harvey Nichols and low and behold they had them!!
I reached out to Barry through instagram and started the process towards purchasing them. Barry was extremly patient, kind and overall provided excellent customer service. He emailed pictures of the shoes once they arrived to the store and provided copies of my receipt and tracking...

I know we often experience bad customer service but to receive good customer service is so refreshing....
I ended up paying slightly less w/Barry then paying for them here in the US. I'm a happy camper!
