Pinky ring - white gold & diamonds

Hi,
I am in search of designer (or may be not) pinky ring. I really likes new Tiffany open T wire ring, but apparently Tiffany only goes down to to size 4 and I need size 3! Can anyone give me an advice where I can find a cool pinky ring (white gold; diamonds are optional) in sz 3? I checked couple of other designers and only VCA has sz 3, but very limited, as I am looking for something small and simple.

I LOVE picky rings! Pick a ring you like, in the smallest size made (usually a 4), and have it sized down. Gold rings can usually be sized up/down a full size....some more.
With respect to the Tiffany T, because of the style (open) I can't see this ring being sized down. Maybe you can special order it?

Where can i get them already made?? I never thought it would be such a problem and I won't be able to just come in and buy smth i like....have to settle for smth that needs to be resized and then wait...
