Picotin which would you choose?

Looking to purchase a preloved picotin, both options are similarly priced and in similar condition with the exception below. Which would you choose?

2019 from fashionphile with tarnished padlock and no dust bag. (I spoke with my SA about a padlock/keys replacement already).

Or

2013 from a Japanese reseller- full set?
