Has anyone seen a Picotin, MM, in ebene, preferably clemence? My SA says they are not being produced any longer.

They might not be in production any longer this I don't know. I bought two last month in MM size. One had BJ lined handles other was all Ebene. She can search for it for you in other stores.

Milliesmom10, My SA said he would have the ability to search nationwide in about 2 weeks. He doesn't seem to be able to locate at other stores and have them transfer one. I really don't understand the way Hermes stores work. But I do not want to wait 2 weeks, just to be told he can't get one. Where did you get your 2? Maybe I can call your SA and she can find one for me.

I tried on Picotin MM in Ebene just recently. It was in Clemence. It is gorgeous bag/combo. There are two on ebay righ now

I just called my Hermes store and ebene colour was not mentioned.

For the moment, in Togo and Clemence, the color Ebene has been replaced by a color called Café.
Cafe is actually very beautiful, almost an exact match to Ebene.
I have got a Kelly in Clemence Ebene, and I compared it directly to a Café one. If anything, Café is a teeny bit lighter with less grey in it.

But if your heart is set on Ebene, you might be lucky to find a store that still has got one in stock from a previous season.

Mai Tai, thanks for the information on cafe. My SA showed my a Lindy in cafe, clemence and it was a very light milk chocolate color, not like the picture posted above. The one he showed me seemed not to have any depth to the color - no richness. I wonder if my SA was wrong about the color he showed me.

Forgot to add, the picture you posted above is a beautiful color. If I could be assured the color on my monitor is correct, I would order the cafe.

lib, it's tricky. In the reference thread there is another pic for café, which is much lighter than the one I posted earlier on and the one I compared to my Kelly to.

This pic is from August 2007 though. The café I posted earlier and the one I saw IRL are more recent and completely different: rich and dark!

Lord, now I'm really confused. The cafe in the 2007 picture is what I saw on the Lindy. The darker one is what I want - what to do, what to do.

I would ask your SA to locate one for you. All the café I have seen recently was rich and beautiful.
If she finds one for you that is not right, let it pass. Good luck!
