Pic nic Birkin opinion

What do you all think of the birkin pic nic 25 in framboise ? Is this a good colour or should I opt for something more neutral if possible ?

I love the B25 Picnic. It's such a special and rare piece to add to anyone's collection. Personally, I feel that the Picnic bags are better in neutrals, such as gold, fauve, nata, vert d'eau etc... However, if you prefer a pop of colour, maybe framboise is a good option. After all, Hermes does colours very very well.

It depends on your style. Most of my H bags are in pop colours like pink and red as I like these colours. For picnic bags, I personally like the colour contrast between the osier wicker and red in my Rouge De Couer Kelly Picnic.

That's something only you can decide.
Do you love it? Is it your only H. bag or do you have other H. bags? Does it suit your lifestyle/needs/wardrobe?
Only buy if you really love it and if it works for you. If not, pass and wait for something that makes your heart sing.

Personally I would take it! I think the neutral colored picnic is a little too blah, the pop of color will be gorgeous come spring and summer

To be honest, if you have a botique that receives a couple of picnic bags per season then I would say wait for another offer.

But my understanding is that picnic bags are very rare and are considered a push offer so it might be a long wait until you are offered another one.

I agree with you. I feel like you'll need to wait a while for another picnic to come in, not because your SA doesn't want to deliver, but more so because of the rarity and specifically asking for a certain colour. The SA doesn't really have control over what comes in for such a "high-up" bag.
