Piaget jewels are not my favorite. They look bourgeoise, and I don't mean that in a condescending way. They really look expensive! Diamonds just don't do it for me. If you like the aesthetic then by all means!

The kinetic aspect of the jewel is interesting; I've also seen these "spinner" rings everywhere, especially at silver kiosks. It's unusual for the style to be executed in platinum and diamonds, but still not a fan of it.

I think industrial look of chain makes "spinner" style work! How is bourgeois used not in condescending way (just asking, not offended everyone's taste is different) I still think it's gorgeous kind of edgy but classic ring :)

Hi Snowshiro! I do agree with you. The ring is edgy! It's not a fine jewelry design you'll easily find anywhere else. The design is distinctive and I'm certain the craftsmanship is quality.

When I think of bourgeoisie I think of certain lines, such as la baseur du dragon and panthere de cartier, or the tiffany statement jewelry. This ring looks very refined while simultaneously conspicuous. I simply mean the design isn't "quaint." I'd assume someone would have to be established to access the piece, and I'm not established myself.

I think pave diamonds look great on some people but I wouldn't choose such a piece for myself. I'm also a teenage guy so that may have something to do with it lol!

Look at the bracelet on Leah's icon picture. It looks tasteful and stunning, a real show-stopper! I think it's a beautiful piece - bourgeoise because the average American simply doesn't wear such a spectacular jewel.

Out of curiousity - what is the price?
