I am hoping to order trinity ring from a London boutique, and before I do, is there anything I should expect to have in the package like a much and cleaning kit? I really want them but is it likely that I will get them? doesn't anyone have any advice?

When placing your order over the phone, make sure you ask them for the pouch and cleaning kit.

I live in Australia and tend to buy my Cartier pieces through the website. I then request the pouch and cleaning kit at a later date because the standard package does not include those items.

Enjoy your Trinity ring! I have one and my partner just got his today - it’s such a gorgeous piece. Also looks nice paired with the Trinity on cord bracelet :)

Thank you so much for your help! I ordered it yesterday and I asked for a cleaning kit and they told me that they are not able to send out liquids which I find very disappointing but nonetheless, the lady on the phone did say that they might be able to send me a pouch.

Ironically, I was given a Cartier cleaning kit when I purchased a non Cartier luxury watch from an authorised dealer but I would have still liked one from Cartier directly for this purchase. I wish these were given out as standard but seemingly not!

I am so excited for it to arrive, I have got the tracking for it to come on Friday so I will post pics when it does. I will go into a store when I am next at Cartier and ask for the cleaning kit/pouch if they are not included.

Bummer about the cleaning kit but definitely ask when you visit the boutique in person. They can’t say no to you then (well, unless they don’t have any in stock). I do wish these were included as standard globally.

I can’t wait to see your pictures! Did you go with the classic? My partner and I have the small - he’s really loving the ring (he can’t stop playing with it) - I’m sure it will look amazing on you :)

It arrived today and it is perfect! I went for the classic trinity ring and it's beautiful. I might even like it more than my love ring which I wasn't expecting. picture here. IMG_3657.JPG
