Phoebe Couture dresses - how do they run?

I'm an xs / 0 in BCBG and 0 in JCREW, is it safe to assume I can wear Phoebe Couture in a size 2?

If anyone can help that would be GREAT! Thanks in advance!

I would go for a 0. I normally wear a 2/4 and sometimes find that her dresses run a tiny bit big. Can you order two sizes just to be safe and return the one that isn't the best fit?
